Windows 10: Should I be bewared of desktop icons randomly flashing

I know that if you download an app or refresh your desktop icons will flash, but my desktop icons flashes themselves every few minutes or so. but it doesn't seems be anything unusal going on like virus. So, is it normal to have desktop icons to flash once in a while like automatic refresh , or should i be bewared that something like a virus might have been secretly being downloaded?

After installing windows 10, desktop has no icons and flashes

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.

 

Desktop Icons Won't Stay Put

As per the issue description I understand that you are facing issues with desktop icons.

I suggest you try the following step in order to arrange the icons.

• Right click on the desktop.
• Click on view
• Check the option auto arrange icons.
