Windows 10: Should I be concerned?

Hello,I noticed a random number greyed out on Proxy Server, after doing some attempt to remove it and it is to no avail.I decided to investigate and see where does the number lead me to, lo and behold it led me to a malicious site.I took a screenshot and I need help on how to address the issue.Thank you. P.S. Sorry if I asked this question again, I couldnt find the answer to my question and it might had been on a different account.

Did our Epson printer get hacked?

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.
