Windows 10: Should I instal windows 10 or 8.1 for an old macbook ?

Hello everyoneI have an old macbook that my uncle gave me Can you tell me whether I should use windows 10 or windows 8.1 to play roblox. Currently I am using windows 10 22H2 and feel very laggy when playing roblox, FPS is only about 20-25 and Ping is very high.If I use the mac version to play, the FPS will be 40-45 and the Ping will be around 150-160. However, the macbook version has very weak wifi compared to Windows 10, so it often escapes because there is no wifi.Please tell me what should I chosses :> Don't pay attention to my grammar because I'm Vietnamese. :" .

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
