    Win 10 Pro v1909

    Spectrum's email service is beyond deplorable. They are constantly locking me out of my email account due to "unusual activity" on my account. To troubleshoot this issue I unplugged all of our computers from their Modem and turned off the Modem's WiFi for 3 days. After this I reconnected and discovered I had been locked out of my account for the same "unusual activity." It's definitely not any of our computers that are causing this problem.
    Normally their techs claim that the above actions "proves nothing" and the problem MUST be on my end. I finally got a tech to admit that they are having this issue with numerous accounts and it's not me. They have no clue how to fix this problem.
    I'm not a huge fan of Thunderbird, but I'm used to it... mostly. Due to the unbelievable amount of unwanted emails I receive daily I need to use filters, but Spectrum doesn't cooperate with T-Bird so I have been using Spectrum's Webmail page which is archaic with ZERO features.
    Can anyone recommend an email program that works well with GMAIL and is it at least reliable? I hate the thought of changing all of my accounts to a new email address...

    Thanks to bro67...Interestingly enough the Gmail link to this forum reply actually worked, as did your link to "How to Fix....." I tried steps 1 and 2 without success. Step 3 gave me the following screen, which didn't look like the article described. At any rate, the probem is unchanged...screenshot follows.
