Yes it is- eventually. It's very simple. MS only support a particular build for a particular time period, then no routine updates. End. Finished.

Exception: some updates for XP etc in the light of recent cyberattacks.

Think - how much would it cost MS to support ALL builds for ever? On that basis- you can easily see each build will not be maintained indefinitely just by thinking about it.
So all win 10 builds installed on your PC should be Pro, assuming yours was validly licensed and activated.

Mass Effect Andromeda. And it is only when using Nvidia drivers after 378.92. I go from 60 fps @4K Max, to about 43 fps with any driver that is newer.

As soon as I revert back to 378.92 I am back to 60fps with ease. But then HDR look different and possibly not working properly with 378.92.

There is one way that works for Home. Turn on 'metered connection' to prevent automatic downloads, then wait until the 'Features update for windows 10, version 1703' appears when you check for updates. Then you can hide the update and restart - you'll not see it offered again.

Should I revert from Windows Creators

Is just me or the latest cumulative update for Windows 10 1607 hides the "How to get Windows 10 1703" advice in Windows Update? Since I updated I don't see it anymore...

Updated to Creators, should it have?: One of my computers updated to 1703 on its own. I didn't think the update was being pushed yet. I am sure I had not enabled fast track or whatever it was called. Is 1703 now being installed automatically? Or did mine go rogue? 85671
