Windows 10: Should I Turn Off CSM?

Hello! I Was Recently Thinking About Windows 11 & I Was Searching In My BIOS For Secure Boot, Turns Out That You Have To TURN OFF CSM First In Order To Do That! I've Read A Few Other Posts Saying That Their Mouse & Keyboard Stopped Working After Turning Off CSM & Enabling Secure Boot. My PC Is A Newer One But My Keyboard, Mouse & Speakers Are From 2010. Can You Clarify Mine?

Stuck in UEFI loop if CSM is off

I was reading on BIOS stuff cause my PC always boots to the wrong screen and a suggestion to turn CSM off fixed that but introduced a UEFI loop (every time it closes, it opens again instead of booting the system). I turned CSM back on in order to be able to boot but does anyone know why UEFI won't work?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to turn off the Jump Lists on Windows 10:

• Go to Start menu, search Settings, then press
  Enter.
• Click Personalization.
• Select Start.
• Turn off the Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or taskbar.
