Have you tried running the
DISM tool? If not, we suggest that you do so. To run DISM, follow these steps:

  Open
  Command Promptas
  Administrator.

  Type the following
  commands:

    Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
