Windows 10: Shouldn't phone link on Samsung transfer my call to the computer when my phone rings?

Maybe I haven't got everything set up correctly. Running on Win 11. My phone is paired and connected. Phone Link is running in the background on my computer. When my phone rings and I select ACCEPT from the popup box, shouldn't my call be automatically routed to my PC? It just keeps ringing on my phone and I have to pick up the phone and answer it.

Transferring data from phone to computer

Once I attached the phone to the computer via USB, and set it up for file access/transfer, I can see it in my list of hard drives.

I simply click on the hard drive entry for the phone to open the contents, navigate to the folder, and copy files off.

Stop Windows 10 from asking to link phone to computer

Besides Group Policy, what other ways have you tried ?
Do you utilize Shared experiences, Share across devices ?

Unlink your phone from your PC running Windows 10, use these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Phone.
• Click the Unlink this PC option. Unlink your phone from computer.
• Click the Home button.
• Click on Devices.
• Click on Bluetooth & other devices.
• Select your phone.
• Click the Remove device button.
