Windows 10: "SHOW DESKTOP" COMMANDS NOT WORKING

Hello, I had a problem with my computer today, so I had to reset windows today... that recovery thing but i did not lose my files.
But its not working properly. I've installed all the updates avaliable, but now the windows desktop is a little weird. Its impossible to me to show desktop. I can only see my desktop if I close all my windows. The button next to the clock doesn't work, the shortcut "windows" + D doesn't work, and the "show desktop" item on the right click on the taskbar also doesn't work.
And when I close my windows, go to my desktop, click with right button, it only keeps "thinking" and nothing happens.

I dont have anymore updates to make. And also, I dont have any early restauration point, cause the computer started from zero today.
Can someone help, please?

The old windows folder is still there.

I need assistance please.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
