Windows 10: Show Local Taskbar in AVD/Remote Desktop Fullscreen

Hi, so I wish to understand the following:At the beginning of the day, I start by opening my Remote Desktop Client to connect to my AVD.During the first hours of the day, I am able to hover my mouse on the bottom of the screens I have 3 screens, one vertical and 2 horizontals, of which the horizontals are one on top of the other and this pulls up the Taskbar for the local computer. So this way, I dont have to minimize or Restore Down the AVD session to access apps like Spotify which are outside of it.But several hours later, this will no longer work. There are times in which it will not do

Local taskbar visible during remote desktop fullscreen

When I do remote desktop fullscreen connection on Windows 10 local host to Windows 7 remote host, the local task bar will not get covered by the RDP window as it used to be. It remains visible on top and the only help is to set the local taskbar to auto-hide. It overlays and hides the remote taskbar.

It had started to happen after some update, not sure which one, perhaps the Creators update.

I use shortcut on desktop, tried various settings but without any success.

How can I make the local taskbar hidden behind the RDP fullscreen window? (and not visible on top of the remote desktop fullscreen window rendering the remote taskbar unavailable?)

 

Taskbar when in Remote Desktop mode

My local pc taskbar is showing when I go into remote desktop mode. It never used to be so I've obviously done something to keep it there but can't hide it now. I need the remote desktop taskbar to show.

Okay guys need some help here before going crazy...
I am trying to setup a remote desktop connection and see exactly what the logged on user is looking at with out going through Windows Remote Desktop.

Since its local network I don't have any password or want to setup a password.

Any suggestions are appreciated
