Windows 10: Show mini window when window is not focused

I have a dual monitor setup with a monitor right in front where I do my work and a monitor to the side where some less important stuff is happening.

When I'm programming on the main screen I sometimes start a compilation in a VM and then switch to my browser (on the host) to do some other things until the compilation is finished. If the compilation is finished in the VM I get a notification in the VM but since I'm busy on the host I won't see this notification.

What I would like is an automatic action that triggers as soon as my VM window loses focus (because I switched to another app on the host). That action then shows a hovering mini window on the second monitor of what is happening in the VM. Kind of like the window that pops up when you hover above the app icon in the taskbar. That is quite small though.

This way I can keep an eye on the compilation while doing other work and switch immediately as soon as I see the compilation is done. When the VM is focused the hovering window should then disappear on the second monitor.

Does anyone know of any way to achieve this? A possible alternative would be to expose the notifications to the host but I don't know how to achieve that either. The host is Windows 10. The guest is Ubuntu 20.04.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
