Windows 10: "Show taskbar buttons on: All Taskbars" setting keeps resetting on sleep

I have 2 monitors, and I want to keep my full taskbar persistently-visible on both of them. This was working fine until about a week ago. Now, it behaves as though "Main taskbar and taskbar where window is open" is selected even though "All taskbars" is still selected, until I toggle the setting myself.My workaround is manually setting it to "Main taskbar and taskbar where window is open," then back to "All taskbars." This fixes the issue until the next time my PC sleeps.I have tried resetting my PC and I have tried SFC /scannow as an admin in case of settings file corruption. Neither have res

Moving the taskbar

Hi Kim,

You can customize your taskbar to pin your favorite apps to it, move it to where you want to display on your screen, and specify how taskbar buttons group together when you have more than one window open. To address your question, we suggest
that you follow these steps on how to move your taskbar to a different location on the screen:

• Open Settings and choose Personalization.
• Select Taskbar.
• Under Taskbar location on the screen, click the drop-down menu and select
  Bottom.

Taskbar on second monitor on Win7

Anyone know of some good freeware app that will add a taskbar to my second monitor and only show apps on that monitor on its taskbar? I was using Ultramon in XP but wondering if there's something better for Win7. Thanks.

 

chrome + taskbar autohide problem

So i set my taskbar autohide. whenever chrome is in fullscreen, when i hover around the corner, the taskbar wont appear. It works with other browsers....
