Windows 10: Showing account unknown/unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file

i was looking through properties of a file as it wasnt letting me extract it as it kept saying "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file" and in the properties security tab there was a profile with the name "account unknown string of numbers" what could this be and what could be causing the files not extracting/copying. i have also ran a malware test and there was nothing.

Java.nio.file - Copying files

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

There were some corrupt files, but the scan did not resolve the issue.

I am trying to extract a file from a zipped folder, but at 99% I repeatedly receive the message "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file.If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with the problem.
Error 0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect.
