Windows 10: Showing Blue Screen after recent update.

My laptop has Western Digital SN580 512GB SSD and the OS is installed in the SSD itself. It was working fine till the last update 24H2. Now only it is showing Blue screen and now I'm unable to log into my device. WD has released firmware update for the SSD but without getting logged in it is useless for me. Automatic repair is not able to resolve the problem. Please help.
