Windows 10: Showing InsydeH20 setup utility screen when turning on my laptop and doesn't want to exit...

Hi I have a Toshiba i7 laptop. Windows 11. When I turn my laptop on it shows a screen "InsydeH20 setup utility" and does not want to exit to my desktop, what could be the problem? Yesterday we removed the hardrive and put it in again then it worked like normal again, downloaded a game and played, but today it did the same and didn't want to work after removing and replacing the hardrive again. Showing the same screen and doesn't want to exit. Please help thanks.

Laptop stuck in insydeh20 setup utility mode

So, i tried factory resetting my laptop. The power cord it very touchy and during the reset process it died. Now its stuck at rhe insydeh20 setup utility mode. It says that windows 7 needs to be reinstalled with the disk. I dont have the disk. Can
anyone help?

My laptop keeps bringing the insydeh20 setup utility and it's not booting. And the sub menu of the items under insyde utility is not available for navigation using the up and down arrow

Razer Laptop stuck on BIOS aptio setup utility

This problem started last week, when I need to use my laptop to participate in my online class. I switched it on and then it shows the razer logo as it always does. After that, I was shocked because it opens up aptio setup utility, I don't know what to
do until i press esc button to exit, then the screen turns into black for about 3 seconds and it went back to aptio setup utility. I pressed the save and exit button (f4) and my laptop restarts, shows the logo again and then it loops again to aptio setup utility.
I feel so hopeless because i can't use my laptop for two weeks now and i can't submit all my academic course requirements because of this freakin problem. Please help me!! I googled everything and followed all the steps but nothing worked.
