Windows 10: showing unseen device when it is seen

so recently i have gotten a windows 10 computer, and I've had a Xbox for over a year now. i have a lot of games and purchases on my Xbox and i wanted to find out how to put my games from my computer to Xbox. but the thing is that i have 2 different Microsoft accounts, and the one with the games on it needs to be associated with the computer Microsoft account. so i created a family to connect them, which is what i read. and now it shows that i can download games. but the problem I'm having is whenever I'm going to download it, it says "install to my devices," the only devices that show are 2 different Xbox's associated with my account, but no others to download to my computer. but when i go to see what devices are connected, it shows my computer, but whenever i go back to the store to download, it doesn't.

It's a no rhyme or reason problem but follow that and it should get the optical drive back up.

I had the same problem it was seen in bios and was used to install win disk but in device manager/this pc it was unseen after everthing was installed.

 

Installed app unseen

Hi.. i change the setting of to store new apps on sd card and then i installed an app from store. but i can not seen where the app is.. even though i remove or format the sd card, in store the app shows still installed wen i try to reinstall that. how
i could find the app and how to remove that unseen app from my win phone8 (microsoft lumia 535)
