  1. Shut down the laptop during an update and now it shows "Please wait" while opening.

My windows 10 got stuck while it was updating and continuously showed "Restarting" for around 2+ hours. So I searched online and the only solution I got was to remove all the external devices connected and force shutdown the laptop using the power button. So I did that and after a few hours again tried to start the laptop. It took so much time to start around 30 mins and now it has become extremely slow. What do I do?

    :)

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

    Please follow these steps:

    • Click the Windows logo.
    • Go to Settings (gear icon).
    • Select Network and Internet.
    • Then Wi-Fi.
    • Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
    • Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

Update us with the outcome so we provide further assistance.
