Windows 10: Shut down working only after 10 min

I've just built my Pc and installed a new copy of windows on it, it's activated and has all updates till this day but still for some reason when I'm shutting down computer for the night, it eventually shuts himself down but only after 5-10minutes from the point I'll press the button in the start menu to shut down. Why is that? Why my Pc doesn't shut itself down immediately after I click the button to shut down but from the time I click the button to pc shutting down, I've got time to make my bed, make me a sandwich, brush my teeth for 4 min and do some other stuff. Why not immediately?
My windows build is 18363.752

Kasperskys shutting itself off

I awoke this morning to a error message saying that kasperskys has encounter a error and shuts off, then I restart and about 10 mins later does it again. any suggestions?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Need Serious Help: How To Record Video of What is Done on my PC?

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.
