  3. Windows 10 Slow Shutdown

Mr/Ms Wungraileng Vashi, Q - What happens when you check "fast startup" and shutdown through the shortcut? A - My computer immediately shutdown. The problem transferred to Startup. It
takes time to startup my computer, just like when the problem was with the shutdown. On Clean boot state - I perform the clean boot exactly as indicate on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135. When the clean boot did not help me, I perform on command prompt
(admin) the SFC /scannow. And then the DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (also on admin command prompt). I completed these steps before deciding to ask the Microsoft Community for help.
