  2. Cortana Shutdown,Restart command

    Hi Acelyn,

    • Yes I am able to set Cortana settings but I never use 'Shutdown' or 'Restart' command.
    • I tried it first time at yesterday
    • There isn't any error messages but always open browser(Edge)
    • I have tried with rename shortcuts.change path, speak with or without mic, train Cortana to recognize my voice.
    • Other command like "Open Google Chrome" "Open Calculator" are works fine.

GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile Shutdown Command Is Not recognized :)

    Shutdown Command Is Not recognized

“Shutdown is not recognized as an internal or external command”

I’m trying to boot to USB, and from what I understand I need to go into my Bios to do that. However, I don’t have the function keys on my laptop so I need a different way to get into the Bios. I booted into using my command line and tried

    shutdown /r /o

But I get the message “shutdown is not recognized as an external/internal command.”

Any other way to get to my bios or get to the bootable USB?

Edit: Figured it out. There was a setup.exe file on the USB.
