Windows 10: Shutdown issue

Discus and support Shutdown issue in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; When I do shut down either alt + F4 or from the menu the Window will not show up however if I wait for couple of minutes it will shutdown without any...     Shutdown issue


    When I do shut down either alt + F4 or from the menu the Window will not show up however if I wait for couple of minutes it will shutdown without any warning at all. Sometimes I have files open and it will shutdown automatically. Can someone explain to me what is going on.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    We suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issues with the shutdown function of your laptop:

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search bar beside the Windows icon.
    • Select Troubleshooting from the results.
    • Under System and Security, select Fix Problems with Windows Update.
    • Choose Troubleshoot as an Administrator.
