Windows 10: Shutdown issues

Discus and support Shutdown issues in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; My mouse is still lighting after my pc shutdown. And my pc updated recently. I don't know how to fix?     My mouse is still lighting after my pc shutdown. And my pc updated recently. I don't know how to fix? And one more thing i noticed battey performance geting down.if you want battery report.html file i will send

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    Shutdown problem on my Windows 10 laptop.

    We suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issues with the shutdown function of your laptop:

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search bar beside the Windows icon.
    • Select Troubleshooting from the results.
    • Under System and Security, select Fix Problems with Windows Update.
    • Choose Troubleshoot as an Administrator.
