Hey guys. My Windows 10 isn't closing properly. I've unticked fast start up and checked that nothing else is running. When I press shutdown it closes until it goes into hibernation. The only way i can close it is to press power off..... HELP

    :)

Has to be run from a Elevated Command Prompt. Right click on the Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin) then run powercfg h off.

    Hi,

Would that be the shutdown power button on the pc or the shutdown option from the start menu ?

    Cheers, *Wink

What doesn't work? What does it do. Can you post a screen capture of the Elevated Command Prompt Windows after you run powercfg h off please.
