Windows 10: Shutdowns

Hello All -Several months ago, for unknown reasons, my desktop began shutting down monitor off, system off with a pop!, power still on after a few minutes of Solitaire and other games. My technician replaced my graphics card, but the problem persisted.Thinking the issue was with my Windows software, he installed a second HDD with a fresh copy of Windows 10. I uploaded my programs and had no trouble accessing my previous files with the fresh copy, but upon testing with Solitaire, the system shut down again.The same thing had happened earlier while I was running an all-day seminar using Zoom w

We suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issues with the shutdown function of your laptop:

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar beside the Windows icon.
• Select Troubleshooting from the results.
• Under System and Security, select Fix Problems with Windows Update.
• Choose Troubleshoot as an Administrator.
