Many times when I am shutting down Windows 10 Home or Pro I get the OS response, "someone else is still using this PC"
The amazing thing in this day and age of heighten security the latest OS cannot tell me who that someone is!

Whether their remote or local and what applications they are using.

Also which services maybe making connections for local or remote communications.

    Its amazing!!!!!

The other amazing thing is that it is reactive statement from the OS. As if the OS is on the side of "Someone." Not wanting me to disturb Someone! It would be better if we see message stating before that someone connects to my computer rather than waiting until I shut down.

Computers came into existence for precision and exactness not ambiguity(someone?)!

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
