Windows 10: Side by Side error for Word Docs and C++Visual Redistrib won't install

I need Help.....I get the side by side conflict message when I try to open Word Docs today. As cmd admin I ran ScanHealth and CheckHealth and it says no component corruption is detected. I read that often this error is due to a C++ visual file needing replacement. I uninstalled C++ visual 2010 but can't reinstall it... I get the same side by side error message. SXSTRACE says this: INFO: Resolving reference Microsoft.Windows.SystemCompatible,version="6.0.0.0",type="win32",publicKeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df",processorArchitecture="x86". INFO: Resolving reference for ProcessorArchitecture Unknown.

Microsoft Visual 2017 C++ msi wont install.

Software conflicts are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. Based on the error message you provided, an older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 is blocking the installation. We suggest uninstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 from the control
panel before trying to install the new MS Visual 2017. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel.
  
• Click Programs, then click Programs and Features.
  
• Locate Microsoft Visual 2017 C++, then click Uninstall.
  

After uninstalling the program, try to install Microsoft Visual 2017 C++ again.

Error 1935 while installing Visual C++ 2008

These version I run on Windows 10 I got them from this website

And I installed them in the order listen without restarting until all are installed.

Word of caution do not try installing them if other updates are pending for any other software especially your graphic do that first otherwise you will get error message so update them first then try to install visual c++.

Also if you have ransom folder protection turned on in Windows defender or similar anti-virus protection that locks the system folders turn it off then try installing just remember to turn it back on after installing and configuring any updates ok.
