Windows 10: Side pair speakers not working in Windows 11

I recently switched my sound card to a Creative Audigy Rx to connect my pc to a 7.1 avr through analog connection 3x jack to RCA adapters, but I realise there is a very weird issue with my windows; side pair speakers aren't working for analog out.In the speaker setup configuration tool, there is only one 5.1 configuration available rear speakers, no 5.1 side speakers, and if I select 7.1, the side speakers aren't producing any sound the rest of the speakers are working fine.I tried with both my new Creative Audigy Rx, and my motherboard Realtek HD soundcard, and they both have the same s

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works. This issue could be because of the Headphones BT SPEAKER Stereo being set as default. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Pair the speaker with your PC.
  
• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
  and right click on your Bluetooth speaker (BT SPEAKER Stereo).
  
• Choose Disable and acknowledge the confirmation popup. Wait for the screen to refresh.
  
• Right click on the same device again and Enable.
  
• Exit Device Manager and see if the issue persist.

Pairing New Bluetooth Speaker BREAKS pairing w/ old BT speaker

Most people assume that

• You had already read the manual
• Pairing with Bluetooth is basically the same with most devices
• A diagnosis of the problem is necessary

I am glad you posted again because most people out of embarrassment would never had done that. By sharing your experience it will be a valuable lesson for all of us...Then again probably not but we can only hope *Shock
