Windows 10: Sidetone

In Windows 11 there is a feature called Sidetone where I can change the decibel levels. I work as a patient scheduler/medical records clerk for a busy pediatrics practice. I have a male tenor voice. I am wondering a what level the decibel level should be set at; so, I don't sound too high-pitched to the person I am speaking with. I researched that -18db to 20db was a good level. I have male tenor voice. I was wondering what the proper decibel my voice should be set at in Windows 11 sidetone so that I don't sound too high pitched. Please advise when you can.

However, I need to know the actual decibel level Sidetone should be set at.

In the Levels Tabs, I believe there are decibels ratings.

What I want to know is what level will be the correct decibel so that I don't sound high-pitched to the person I am speaking with? In other words does this decibel level sort of deepens my voice.

SteelSeries headsets have a feature called SideTone, which makes you the sound of the microphone. You have to disable it on the SteelSeries application. Open the headset settings and set "Mic SideTone" to off
