Windows 10: Sigining In

Discus and support Sigining In in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; Have not been able to sign into my PC with Windows 10 without trying for 20-30 minutes since last update from you.     Sigining In


    Have not been able to sign into my PC with Windows 10 without trying for 20-30 minutes since last update from you. Screen shows Password is Incorrect (even though the password is correct) and showing Reset Password. White Wheel churns, screen shows Welcome and my Name. To reset my password screens shows I need a Password Reset Disk. ****?! Microsoft had this issue a few years back. I do not know what the solution was at that time since I did not have that problem. I spoke with a friend is a computer tech and his shop has been getting a lot of calls about this problem and find it to be a software issue with Microsoft. Does anyone have a correct solution, one that works?
