Windows 10: Sign in black screen

Hi...

successfully installed 1803 yesterday after 5 days...

This morning, powered on entered the password and was informed it was incorrect...! checked the password on my other devices it was correct... tried it on the laptop again it refused and went to black screen..!

it stayed on the black screen for 15 minutes and the laptop powered off... by itself... there was no screen black or otherwise, there were no working sounds from the laptop and no lights flashing.... so I powered on and just have the black screen now... "à minutes it has been working..? there are sounds but no lights, the screen is still black but the screen mouse/ curser is there...

Please help I have already lost 5 days work on this upgrade...
