Windows 10: Sign in button on my asus vivobook does nothing.

Hitting it causes it to either literally not respond at all or loop back to the previous screen, where the only thing I can do is click to bring back up the sign in prompt. Wifi connects until trying to factory reset laptop or basically any other tasks that may help, at which point it refuses to connect to networks it just connected to no problem. It also worked yesterday no problem, allowing me to sign in, make an account, and even download apps, but this morning has been unable to do anything.

I understand how important it is for you to activate Windows Hello Fingerprint sign-in, nothing to worry I will do my best to help you out.

For Asus Vivobook Pro 15 the fingerprint sensor is on the power button.

To set up Windows Hello kindly follow these steps:

Go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Your Info > Make sure your Microsoft Microsoft account is signed in.

Then go to Accounts > Sign-in options > click Fingerprint recognition > Setup.
