Windows 10: Sign in deactivated and no sign in options

Hello, my kid by accident typed wrong password and it says it now deactivated, i have waited 2 hours and nothing happens, left it overnight still nothing, problem is it does not offer sign in option at all, it keeps coming back to A1B2C3 and my pin, even if I type it correct it says I need to wait 2 hours, it's been days now nothing happens.

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.

Remove sign in pin

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.
