Windows 10: Sign-in in Settings takes too long?

    Just wonder if you guys noticed that but at least on my computer it takes about 15-20 seconds to open sign-in in settings.
    Now everything else works perfectly, computer is super fast, no errors (except 7031), currently I'm on fresh install. I disabled the sign-in option during boot-up but I still have a valid password. Honestly I really don't remember if this delay was always there or something is wrong? It appears that it doesn't affect anything though.

    My installation of Windows 10 dumped Office 2010 and now the product key is not being recognized. Ploy to make people spend $$ to upgrade?

    Windows Sign-in takes place twice!

    Hi,

    Just one thing but important to take update. That is if I take update now, will it skip the other builds in between Build 10240 to prior to Build 10547 and take update to the latest as you said Build 10547?
