Windows 10: Sign in issue after August 17th windows 11 update

    I own a hp 1030 g3 and I recently got the latest Windows 11 update. After the update installed and my pc restarted I couldn't sign in using biometrics or password and I can't get into safe mode using the restart + shift method

    Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.
