Windows 10: Sign-in issue with Windows 11 on a particular website

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11. I still have my old laptop with Windows 10. I connect both laptops through my WIFI at home. Everything works well except when I try to log into PCGS.COM. On the windows 11 laptop I click the sign-in button and the sign-in page appears. It asks first for my user name, which I enter and hit the enter button, then it asks for my password which I enter and hit the enter button. What then happens is the screen just goes back to the first sign-in page and ask for my user name again. Trying the process again just has the same result. I have tried this using

After updaing to build 14251, issue with IE 11 error as "There is a problem with this website's security certificate".

Step 2: Follow the steps to clear cache and cookies in Internet Explorer.

• Press ctrl key + Shift key + Delete key on your keyboard.

• Click on Delete button.

Method 2: Also I suggest you to try accessing the website through Microsoft Edge and check if the issue persist or not.

• Is the issue specific to a particular website?
• Did you try the same from a different browser?
• Did you install any third party security application?
