Windows 10: Sign-In Issues Account Locked, Please help me: Urgent

Can anyone help me, my account get locked after i did payment for microsoft store product using my company credit card, after that i try to install to other device, but after one day my account get locked and ask about phone number, i try to use my phone number but it keep can't, i did try to login for much time but it keep locked, and other days also try using different device and different phone number, but it keep locked, atleast what i wish is to see invoice report for company report, it already take some days, and i keep get notify to show invoice report.

Your Microsoft account needs you to sign in again-recent credentials

Yes the correct or current info is in the Settings/Accounts/Your email and accounts.
The steps in the tutorial included signing in after deleting a listing. I couldn't see where that was relevant since its a second listing. It looks like I have to voluntarily do the 'sign in' so I can avoid doing that. I'm locked out for 30 days anyway.
Perhaps its time to set up a stand alone user account in that laptop <grin> Too nerve wracking dealing with this MSAccount.

I suggest you to try the below mentioned steps to make device getting locked automatically:

* Press Windows Key, type
settings and select Setting from the list

* Navigate to Account />Sign-In options/>Lock Screen />Screen time out

* Change the value as required under Screen as per requirement.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
