Windows 10: Sign in issues and old Email

Why when I sign in do I still see an option to use an old email that I have removed! That email was hacked! Also, the only email showing under my profile is the one I am using but when I look at activity log in page it says it is an alias? It is my primary email and shouldn't be listed as alias. My computer has been serviced and all spyware removed. Please advise

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.

windows 10 the app store keep popping up an old email address that I don't use anymore and haven't used on this computer and it does not give me an option to select the new email

  Which account are sign in Microsoft account or Local account?

  Which Microsoft account are you sign the old mail or new email account?

  Are you getting the old email address pop up with the same email account which you are log-in to the system?
  

I would suggest you to try the methods below and check if it help.

Method 1: Signing out from store

If you have sign in to store your email will pop like you said.

Follow the steps on how to sign out and sign out from store.

  Open Store, click on the pop account profile.

  Sign out from the store.
  

Sign in to store

• 
  Open store, go to profile account on the top.
  
• 
  Click on add option+.
  
• 
  Sign in your new email account.
  

Method 2: Run the Windows Store App troubleshooter

• Type troubleshooter in the
  search box on the task bar and then press Enter.
• Select Troubleshooting from the list.
  
• Click on view all in the left pan and select
  Windows Store Apps.
• Click next and follow the on-screen instructions.
