    Microsoft sandbox stoped working

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Please be informed that our developer team is aware of the issues with Sandbox and is working on resolving it. We do not have an ETA as of now, however I encourage you to send a feedback to our developer team via
Feedback hub. As a suggestion you can try disabling and enabling
the sandbox to check if that works. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. Open Control Panel.
    2. Then click on all Control Panel Items.
    3. Then click on Programs and features.
    4. Then on the left hand side, click on Turn Windows features on or off.
    5. Then uncheck the option: Windows Sandbox.
    6. Then restart your computer.
    7. After restart, please enable it and check if the sandbox is working.

Also make sure that you meet all the requirements for Windows Sandbox.
Your patience and understanding will be appreciated in this matter.

    Regards

  3. Cannot Sign Into Microsoft Learn Account After Signing In Successfully

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

The issue you're experiencing with Microsoft Learn, where you're unable to stay signed in or your profile doesn't appear as logged in despite being able to sign into other Microsoft services, can be frustrating, especially when it impedes your learning progress. Here’s a structured approach to troubleshooting and potentially resolving this issue:

    Verify Account Status

    • Ensure your account is in good standing and there are no outstanding issues that might affect your access to Microsoft Learn. Sometimes, account or subscription issues can lead to unexpected behavior on specific services.
    Try a Different Network

    • Occasionally, network-related issues can cause problems with specific websites. If possible, try connecting to a different network (e.g., switching from your home Wi-Fi to a mobile hotspot) to rule out any network-specific issues.
    Disable Browser Extensions/Add-Ons

    • Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with website functionality. Try disabling all browser extensions and then access Microsoft Learn to see if the issue persists. If this resolves the issue, re-enable extensions one at a time to identify the culprit.
    Reset Browser Settings

    • If disabling extensions doesn't help, consider resetting your browser settings to default. Be aware that this will clear your browser data, including cookies, cache, and saved passwords. Check your browser’s help guide for instructions on how to reset settings.
    • Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
    Test with a Different Device

    • Although you mentioned trying other devices, ensure at least one of those devices is using a different network to rule out any device-specific or network-related issues comprehensively.
    Contact Microsoft Support

    • If none of the above steps resolve the issue, your next best step is to contact Microsoft Support directly. Since this issue is specific to Microsoft Learn and affects your ability to save progress on certification training, Microsoft Support will be better equipped to investigate and address account-specific or technical issues.
It's important to systematically go through these troubleshooting steps to identify where the issue might be stemming from. Given the nature of the problem and the steps you've already taken, contacting Microsoft Support seems like the most effective path forward to resolving this issue.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes.

    Best regards
