  1. Sign-in Nightmare

I had to factory reset my pc and now I can’t sign in. It’s asking for a school or work account which I have never had. All of the online articles are useless. Calling the support line is useless. The pc have me a “local” account and I can’t switch it over to a microsoft because I never got a password for the local account. Wth? What has happened to Microsoft?!? Please don’t tell me it’s for my safety. This has nothing to do with safety. Oh how the mighty have fallen!!!

    :)
