Windows 10: Sign In option is disabled - wait for 2 hrs or use different log in

Student ID on the Laptop is disabled after 10 wrong attempts.PIN was wrongly entered.WIN 11Forgot Password is now not shown on the log in screen ; Comes with Challenge Phrase A1B2C3 and post which the log pin is not recognised or disabled due to multiple wrong attempts.Secondary ID on the laptop available but not an administrator ID

Windows sign in option disabled.

My windows sign in option is disabled and it tells me to for 2 hrs. But it doesn't open even after 2 hrs. iI recently changed my phone number too and it takes 1 month to change the phone no. So i can't even use my forgot password. I am fully stuck. Can't use my laptop at all

 

I’ve waited 2 hours, why can’t I log back in ?

I’ve tried logging into my computer and it comes up with the message the sign in option is disabled because of failed sign in attempts or repeated shutdowns and to wait 2 hours. I have waited 2 hours and longer yet my computer won’t let me log back in ?

 

"This sign in option is disabled" won't go away after 2 hours?

A week or two ago I typed in the password to my laptop incorrectly too many times, and was given an error message saying:

"This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again."

I've had the laptop powered on for more than two hours at this point, and it still shows that message when I try to log in. All of the solutions I've seen online so far either require logging in and changing some settings (which I obviously can't do) or using a different sign in option or account (can't do that either).
