Windows 10: sign in option is slow loading in windows 11

Hello everyone, I just reset my PC due to some issues, and when I booted it up, I saw that I couldn't use the fingerprint sign-in anymore, so I checked in using a pin instead. I tried going into Sign-In Options to register a fingerprint in case the fingerprint reset, but it just lags and I can't get in. I couldn't examine the settings because the entire tab was frozen. Thank you to anyone who can assist me with this.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

the PowerShell step was executed, however the sign-on options page still fails to load. same behavior: ellipse continuously scroll across the top of the page and nothing loads

Thanks for your response.

I was researching on this issue and would suggest you to perform these steps after signing in to the user account using password and then check.

1. Sign-in to your Windows 10 Administrator account using password.
   
2. Now; open your File Explorer and browse to the location:
   C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft
   
3. Right click on the NGC folder and select
   Properties from the context menu.
   
4. Under the "Security" tab, click on "Advanced" option.
   
5. From the following window, next to the Owner section, click on the "change" link.
   
6. Under the Enter the object name to select option, input
   Administrators if you are using administrator account, or the local user name.
   
7. Click on Check Names and then
   OK.
   
8. Once you have followed all these steps, you should be able to enter
   NGC folder. Delete all the files from the folder
   
9. After removing contents of the NGC folder, add a
   PIN/Face/Fingerprint by following the path: Click on Start Menu > Settings app > Account Settings> Sign-in Options> Add a
   PIN/Face/Fingerprint.
