Windows 10: Sign in pin doesnt work. And im not able to connect to a network

I have some very specific issue. The sign in pin is not available probably cause i cant acces the internet. So it is prompting me to use a other password. Which i dont know what password its asking.

Now then main concern is im unable to connect to the internet. Im pretty sure if i am able to the pin would work. Ive tried running in safe mode but it just prompts me to sign in again. So in this situation what do i do?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

Baby steps. Try what I suggested. If that doesnt work do a clean install. If that doesnt work THEN RMA.

 

Not one of the PIN numbers work at all

If you are having trouble signing in using your PIN in Windows 10, you may log in with your password and reset your PIN. Here's how:

• On your lock screen, under the PIN entry box, select Sign-in options
  and sign in with your password.
• Select Start > Settings > Accounts
  > Sign-in options, and select I forgot my PIN.
• Follow the steps and create a new PIN.

Note: If you recently updated your computer to Windows 10, verify your network connectivity by opening Settings > Network and Internet. After connecting, try signing in with your PIN again.
