    Blocking Cell Phone Numbers

    i have read several forums that say that you cant block any cell numbers on any given plan. that is not true. i have US Cellular (crappy, but effective). i can go into security and block numbers that arent in my contact list. can i get ways for Verizon, T-Mobile, so on?

    Cannot sign in microsoft account.

    My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
    I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
    and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6. sign in problem due to blocking of my number i have given to microsoft :(

    Any suggestion?

    Let’s try one step at a time==Go to account.live.com and check if you are able to log into it, as you suggested--*** Email address is removed for privacy *** (shows in the first block)-I do not recall ever using uppercase and I change to lowercase each time, and also my latest password
    is not accepted..Can you help me on this one point and we may be able to continue when it is resolved
