Windows 10: sign in process initialisation failure after trying to update to windows 11???

hi, I need some help. I tried updating my hp pavilion from windows 10 to windows 11. My computer restarted itself to apply the update and now won’t load in at all. turns on, shows the hp logo, black screen and then shows the sign in process initialisation failure popup. if I exit the popup it just goes to a completely black screen. I have tried most of the suggested fixes on here. the system can’t diagnose itself with anything and I can’t reset either because that fails for some reason too. I’ve tried certain commands and pretty much everything from the troubleshooting menu. It won’t boot up

My Aspire Aspire 3 Windows 11 (10 months old) has (without me doing anything ) a frozen power button. After 2 days I pressed button and a message "interactive sign-in process initialisation has failed". If I attached this Acer to HP Stream Windows 8 using a USB transfer cable could I reboot the Aspire and if so how ? Also could I reload Windows 11 onto the Aspire using this method ? Any advice much appreciated.

Message popped up (computer hadn't been used in several days, just noticed it when I was straightening up the desk it was on):

Sign-in process initialization failure-

Interactive sign-in process initialization has failed. (OK box)

Facts:

-Bought September 24, 2018

-Preloaded with Windows 10 (no recovery disk in the package)

-Mouse is locked out so cannot press 'OK' using it and no cursor present for use with the finger/key pad (pressing 'enter' has no effect)

-Do not know how to get past this message to attempt any of the suggested start up repairs, clean boot, etc.

Any suggestions?
