Windows 10: Sign-In Required Popup

My motherboard just had to be replaced on a Windows 11 computer, and now a blue Sign in required pop up keeps appearing without explaining what I'm signing into. It acts like malware, but it goes to a Microsoft sign in page. Windows defender security scan didn't find anything either.I don't have my computer login information connected to a windows account - and I don't want to. I just have a local account. I have OneDrive on here and have my school account signed in for Office products, but those are all still logged in and functioning fine. How do I get rid of this popup that keeps reappearin

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.

• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.
