Windows 10: Sign In Screen Photo Bomb

I now have a small circle photo that appears when at my PIN login above the PIN box, over the fuzzed Lock Screen image that is NSFW - and no, it's not one I have ever seen, down- or uploaded. I've done a full scan, made lock screen changes, and it still shows up at every rebooted log in. I don't even know where to begin to find/scrub this file. Help is appreciated - it's not something I want anyone I know to ever see on my screen, no matter how small.

Create Photo problem for sign in screen


When I click on the Browse button to find a photo to use for my sign on page, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I've attached a screen shot of the Settings page I am referring to. Browse Button does not work.

 

Lock screen photo

To change the
lock screen photo, follow these steps:

• 
  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left side of the screen, click on
  Lock screen.
  
• 
  In the
  Background, change it to
  Picture.

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to change your profile picture on sign-in screen in Windows 10:

• Press the Windows key, then click your account at the top of
  Start menu.
• Click Change account settings.
• Under your account name, you will see a circle then click the Browse button to choose a photo you want to set as profile picture.
