Windows 10: Sign into this computer using your Microsoft account, but it doesn't work?

I have this issue with my computer. I recently got it fixed, they changed the hard drive & restarted the computer, now I've been trying to log into my account but it doesn't let me. I sign in perfectly fine on my phone but not the computer. It asks me to sign into the computer using my microsoft account but the password I enter says incorrect. Now I already looked at different people with the same issue & I saw someone get a reply saying that you should put in your computer password not microsoft...simple right but my computer doesn't have a password. I'm not sure what to do, HELP. I w

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."
