Windows 10: @ sign not working in finnish/nordic layout

Currently using keyboard in Finnish and nordic QWERTY layout. @ sign that used to work with altgr+2 or ctrl+alt+2 suddenly stopped working couple days ago. Whenever switching between any nordic layouts @ sign won't work but if I select language to english USA and/or USA QWERTY layout @ sign works perfectly well with shift+2. Other combinations with AltGR or CTRL+ALT work perfectly well in nordic and usa layouts. On-screen keyboard won't place @ sign aswell if I'm in nordic or finnish layout. Keyboard is Corsair and checked from iCue that layout is Nordic aswell and there I can see that altgr+2

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

 

Finnish Windows Clock typo

We suggest that you try these troubleshooting steps:

• Press Windows + X.
• Click on Control panel.
• Make sure that the view on the Control Panel is set by
  Category.
• Under Clock, Language and Region,
  kindly click on Change date, time, or number formats.
• Select different language format.
• Click on Apply.
• Change the language format again to Finnish and check if the issue persists.

O with two dots not working on Finnish keyboard

I started installing applications on my new desktop running Windows 10 Pro today. As on my old laptop, I prefer having English as Windows display language and Finnish as keyboard setting since most of my work is about communicating with colleagues in Finnish
on Skype, Teams, Outlook. I soon noticed strange behavior while using these applications: Å, Ä, and Ö disappeared and were replaced with characters on those keys on a US keyboard layout. Indeed, in the notification area of the taskbar the language/keyboard
setting had mystically changed from FIN to ENG, without pressing Windows key + Space which is the shortcut to this action.

So next I opened Notepad++ and did the following.

1. I changed the input method settings to English (United States) /US keyboard. Pressing the keys that have Å, Ä, and Ö on the Finnish layout produced the expected characters of a US layout.

2. Next I changed the settings to Finnish/Finnish keyboard and Å and Ä were printed whereas Ö was not, no matter upper or lowercase. Moreover, pressing those keys again gave me the characters that I had got while having the English (United States) /US setting.
Pressing Ö changes the language/keyboard setting which can be seen immediately in the notification area.

3. Next I removed English altogether in the Region & language settings of Windows 10, restarted Windows and logged on, now with Finnish as the display language and the sole installed language/keyboard setting. Å and Ä work, pressing Ö does not do anything.
It does not give the letter, nor does it change the language/keyboard setting now that there is only one language installed.

This is a freshly installed, genuine version of Windows 10 Pro. During the application installation process Windows Update was running in the background and I restarted the computer as suggested. As described above, I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling
language packs several times, with no desired result which would be having the letter Ö working as on Windows 10 Pro on my old laptop. Any suggestions?
