  1. Signed in and got a set-up thing

    Hello.

When I first signed in this morning, before I could get to my desktop I was greeted with a small set-up thing; I skipped past it all as I didn't want to do any of the steps. There was also an offer for the Microsoft Office software, which I also skipped past.

Is this a normal thing that happens sometimes? Is my account safe? I shut everything down and was able to get back on okay, but I'm still a little worried that this happened so suddenly.

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. password sign in

    Hi,

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

    • Go to Settings.
    • Click on Accounts.
    • Click on Sign in options.
    • On the right side, you will see required sign in.
    • Change it to Never.

Let us know how it goes.
