Windows 10: Signed in with correct MS account -- how 2 remove wrong one

So I was setting up my new PC and accidentally signed in with wife's MS account. Logged out, signed in with mine, and all looked well UNTIL I learned my user folder is named after wrong account.





That first folder should read 'scree' from the correct user. When I look up users on this PC I see this --





The good news is that I'm the big circle and listed as Admin. That parrot represents the wrong account. I can't quite find how to remove it and, if I did, would it fix the 'bills' user folder issue?

My years on Macs have taught me to be UNBELIEVABLY CAREFUL in this type of situation.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Don't Know the Wrong in MS Account

You may remove your Microsoft account from your Windows 10 PC. To do that, follow these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click Accounts.
• Scroll down and select the Microsoft account you'd like to delete.
• Click Remove, then select Yes.

You may sign in using your Outlook.com account in Settings.

At this step, I wasn't given any other choices, this was forced. This also happened disconnected and when skipping key entry.
I was not given the option to: "Or, even better, use an online account"
